This website offers a series of ultrasonic ringtones. Apparently, the older you are, the less you can hear of the higher value ultrasonic sounds. Only teenagers are supposed to hear sounds of 17Khz and upwards. Choose the highest pitched one you can hear and click on get results to know how good your ultrasonic hearing is. I could hear all but the last (22.4Khz) and it told me that I`m not human, I`m a dog!
